Engagement sessions are a perfect way to not only get to know your photographer before your wedding day. But to get a feel for how they work and of course for you to have a bit of fun. This also helps you gain some confidence in front of the camera. I know for a fact having your photo taken can be such an awkward thing. But choosing a photographer who will make you feel comfortable will make it not awkward at all! I captured Kristel & David’s engagement session in an EPIC location with magnificent views at Mackenzies lookout in the Shoalhaven NSW.
It started with a 4 wheel drive track into this location in the Shoalhaven, all the way to Mackenzies lookout. Kristel & David shared their love for one another at their EPIC shoot. We had a ball between laughter and popping open some champagne for an a perfect champagne shaker shot!
I tell all of my couples that an engagement shoot is like an adventure! We plan the session around your favourite things to do together. For this couple that was go 4 wheel driving and explore EPIC views!! Mackenzies lookout was definitely the perfect spot to capture their engagement.
These two lovebirds booked me in for their wedding back in January 2021. Fast forward a year and that’s when I got to photographer their engagement session. Kristel & David will hold their wedding in just a few months time at one of my favourite South Coast wedding venues, Bawley Vale Estate. I had the best time capturing their engagement session, with a perfect sunset and chatting over their wedding plans. Can’t wait to catch up again in a few months and capture the EPIC wedding they have told me all about!!!!
