The Oaks Ranch Mossy Point Winter Wedding

Bride and groom standing infront of floral arbour at the Oaks ranch kissing with a breathtaking sunest

This winter in 2022 I have grown a love for winter weddings! One thing that made me love winter weddings was this wedding I done at The Oaks Ranch in Mossy point.

Mac & Rach first met in 2014 when Rach first relocated for work to Tumut. Rach actually met Mac’s mum first who she was whinging too about a sore back and feet, Mac’s mum continued the conversation saying that her son was the best massage therapist in town! So off she went to see this mystery man for a massage and they chatted and of course the massage was fabulous. Mac told Rach she needs to meet friends her own age not just the older ladies she now works with, so she proceeded to add him on facebook. The dating officially started in 2015 but unfortunately Rach had to move to Newcastle but Mac visited every month to keep this new romance going. Onto their 7th year surrounded by their loved ones at the beautiful Oaks Ranch to say I do to each other.

The wedding day at The Oaks Ranch Mossy point

Mac and Rach got ready at The Oaks ranch so as you can imagine it was a super chill morning. The sun was shining to which at this point in NSW was a shock! Mac got with his best mates it was a blast, the jokes were flowing and he was getting ready to marry his best friend. Gifted from Rach was the most beautiful pocket watch to go with his new wedding attire.

Once Mac was ready I headed over to the beautiful Rach and her girls in the other room. What a laugh this bunch were. Rach had requested to have citrus in her florals so the wonderful Wild Florist Moruya followed her request. While getting ready Rach talking about the lemons in her bouquet, so she licked them to see how sour they were. Now this just started the joke for the day because I’m sure every bridal party member licked that lemon LOL!

Ceremony began and Mac had the reaction that every bride could hope for on her wedding day. Emotions were high and love was in the air for these two. They had their amazing arbour (with more lemons) and the sun shining over them to make it perfect. The danced back down the aisle stopping at the end with a kiss which made the ceremony behind pop.

What a day and what a celebration to be apart of.
